	Runtime error "6" Date 25 March 2004 This error occur if you updating for more than 2 years of records. Please do not update using the program. Download this utility together with a database that will solve the problem. Click here to download.
	Internet Update error on 1 Oct 2003. This patch will solve the problem of the date become 1 Oct 2020. Pleasse uninstall your Win4D Basic and re-install it. This will put the data back to 1 May 2002. Before you update the data, download this patch and unzip it into the installed directory. Follow with update online to get the latest data. Click here to download Win4D Basic v1.0.4.
	Data Importer Utility to import result.dat if you can't access to internet. It will come in handy one day. (Uploaded : 1/7/2002)

	"Runtime Error" If you encounter an error message when updating or viewing result, please try to download this patch. It should solve the above problem. Click here to download.

	"Illegal operation" during installation. Clean up your harddisk space by deleting the files in the temp directory(c:\windows\temp). Or you can use the Windows Disk Cleanup utility to do the job

	"Nothing to update" when updating online. The result on the server will be updated after 7:15pm or later, except on BigSweep draw, it will be 8:30pm or later. If you still receive this error message after this time, most probably the server is temporary out of services. You may have to try the update again next day.

	"Runtime error '5' invalid procedure call or argument". This occurs when you click on any other button when the system are processing on the background. Please wait until the processes are over before you click on any other button.
